My person and the highest of every person is God of no religion, True God has no face of the flesh, that the Spiritual Ecumenism that the Holy Church for fulfillment of time should turn into. All great souls or saints know the Truth but regular human level are not free to say it on a human level. The public is not a wisdom to worship the True God that human weakness are most understood. Although I am Christian to receive Sacraments for human life my higher divinity is I am in God of All Peoples, Every human needs the grace of God only the Spirit of religions in original. There are many religions and their divisions, but Catholic Church is the only one Mission of God humanly now possible to lead the global spiritual unity and God's Plan that 'One Spirituality All People'. My human is I am not for position that another human is seeking for it. God or Mother of God or Perpectual Lady or Jesus or Son of God or Holy Spirit or Incarnation of God are human life.An example is:

I was a soldier in the Indian Army and I was the only one Christian in a battalian where I served near a border location, all others were Hindus. I was the only one person who used to help the Hindu priest on Sundays Hindu religious services within the camp. There was no question arised who is not a Hindu in the camp. If they knew I was a Christian they never allow me to serve the help to the Hindu priest. Like a Hindu priest I used to distribute 'PRASSAD', which is equal to Holy Communion and put 'TILAK' on foreheads of men and women who attended the service. For me I was on nameless true God mission in the way of their human, 'imperfections received through perfection', they accepted my service thinking that I was a Hindu or Bhramin. In me it was Holy to Holy who am I, Holiness to Holiness within my self, not by what they believed a human.

The Catholic Church, being the only one universal spiritual order worldwide where ever free God worship is permitted, must extent the holiness to others on Jesus message for others may return or join. THUS I SUBMIT THIS LETTER TO THE POPE AND COLLEGE OF CARDINALS.

RITE: The prescribed manner of performing or conduction liturgical services. Rites are cultural orientation in the specific of administering the Sacraments.

Rites are one of the greatest contributions of the Catholic Church for the Catholic Unity or the Christian Unity or all people unity. Catholic Church is worldwide global unity even greater than the United Nations Organization. The Rites are in favor of God beyond earthly purposes and the Church does not wish to abolish them. Morals grow the faith, all are agreed on matters to faith and morals. Pope Benedict XIV expressed the Church’s stand thusly, “Eastern Catholic should be Catholics, they have no need to become Latins”. Likewise Holy God in me: "All People should be in the Universal Catholic ( Universal Jesus ); no one needs to be Non-Catholic". All people of God must be accepted NEW CATHOLIC Rite.

Jesus was Divine Human; unified the whole people world in Our Father Who Art in Heaven. Jesus was God of All Peoples, unification of Human Spirituality in the Almighty God. And on cultural differences the Catholic Church has Rites in the Unity. Among peoples the Catholic Church is God the Unity.

THE LIFE AND DEATH OF POPE PAUL II HAS PROVEN THE CATHOLIC CHURCH’S UNIVERSAL DIVINE IDENTITY AND LEADERSHIP AMONG ALL CHRISTIANS AND OTHER RELIGIONS. God blesses you. My thinking has the blessing of Almighty God, word of my mouth has the Word of God and my physical body has the healing power of the body of Jesus Christ.
